Nourishing Package

In-person in Thornton, Beach, Whakatāne

4-hours

 

You will be lovingly held in a safe, non-judgemental, and super cozy space, allowing you to delve deep within yourself to facilitate profound healing.

What to expect:

  • A welcoming tea ceremony

  • Connection and intention setting

  • 60-minute deep breathwork journey

  • Reflection and journalling

  • Psychological support to deepen your healing

  • Grounding and integration with cacao/tea in nature

  • Post-session check-in call (7 days later)

The quickest way to access our nervous systems is through our breath.

​​I consider Breathwork an important tool for preventative healthcare.

I use many styles of breathwork, but will mainly focus on two styles during our classes.

One style helps the body, mind, and spirit relax and puts the nervous system into a rest, digest, and heal state.

 

And the other style, called Conscious Connected Breathwork, helps to build resilience and access deeper states of healing and consciousness.

 

Make time for YOURSELF.

BRING: Aroha. Open heart and open mind. Journal and pen for reflection. Water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing.

 

Ages 18+. All genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, religions, belief systems, and abilities welcome.

*Please note: As breathwork impacts the body and mind, it results in physiological changes in the body and sometimes big emotional releases. As a precaution, breathwork group classes are not advised for the following conditions that are contraindicated:

Pregnancy, psychiatric disorders including bipolar, schizophrenia, panic disorder, severe PTSD or trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, epilepsy or a history of seizures, and certain medications.

It is crucial that you let me know if you have any of these conditions or if you have any other health concerns. Safety first!
