School and Workplace Support for Neurodivergence:

Navigating the diverse landscape of neurodivergence (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD), requires insight, empathy, and guidance. Lesia provides neuro-affirming, compassionate, and thorough supervision and support for individuals with neurodivergence, neurological disorders, and acquired brain injuries. But it doesn't stop there; her mission extends to their colleagues, subordinates, and managers, promoting safety, understanding, and inclusivity.

 

Services:

  • School Support: Lesia collaborates with schools, imparting knowledge to educators about mental health, neurodivergence, and classroom inclusivity. This empowers Teachers to create environments that accommodate diverse learning styles and promote wellbeing.

  • Workplace Harmony: At workplaces, Lesia guides colleagues, subordinates, and managers to deepen their knowledge and understanding, as well as embrace neurodiversity, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, neurological disorders, and/or acquired brain injuries. By fostering an inclusive atmosphere, we unlock the potential of every team member.
